You can see the touristy bits of Vienna in one day. I didn’t get to see much else, but it was a nice brief visit. The train to and the bus back were part of the journey, and I enjoyed seeing the Czech Republic and Austria countrysides.
My favorites in Vienna? The Hapsburg Palace and the Shonbrunn Palace. I could sit at the palace all day. I was a fool and left my iPhone in my bag, so I couldn’t take any photos of my own, but I was able to nab a few from a fellow traveler.
I’d definitely like to find a way back to Vienna in the future. I need to see some of the outskirts. I’m moving around some of these cities quickly with the idea that I’ll be back someday. I’ll be rich, right? Right. Ha.
